Mind of a Chef: Gabrielle Hamilton, Rome

Chef Gabrielle Hamilton asked me to be her "sidekick" in Rome for her episode of the PBS show, "Mind of a Chef." In the "Napkin" episode, I helped her cook dinner for our friends. In real life, she would never let me help her cook and we didn't have any friends, but it's TV! Anything is possible on TV!

Here we are on the rooftop in Rome enjoying the fruits of our labor. Not pictured 3 cameras, a sound guy, and another 10 people buzzing around. One of the best nights I can remember.
