Josh Ozersky is an American food writer living in New York City. Nicknamed “Mr. Cutlets” because of his expertise with meat, Josh won a James Beard Award for co-founding New York magazine’s food blog, Grub Street. Josh has authored numerous food-based tomes and currently writes a column for Time magazine and hosts a video website, Ozersky.TV.
