Michael Symon is a chef, restaurateur, and TV personality.  Check him out daily on ABC’s “The Chew”.  Hailing from Ohio, he is known “saving” the restaurant scene in Downtown Cleveland.

What would be your last meal on Earth?

Burger/pasta/pork/chicken.

What would be the setting for the meal?

In my family room, sitting on the floor in front of the fireplace.

What would you drink with your meal?

Jolly Pumpkin La Roja beer and a Ninth Street (espresso shop at Chelsea Market) macchiato.

Would there be music?

Yes – Zepplin, Van Halen, Stevie Ray Vaughn, the Stones, and Mellencamp.

Who would be your dining companions?

Liz.

Who would prepare the meal?

Burger – Bobby Flay

Shrimp tamale/pasta – Marc Vetri

Beet ravioli/pork – Paul Kahan

Suckling pig/chicken (with frittes and salsa verde) – Jonathan Waxman
